Our partners and members are comprised of workforce development professionals and organizations that primarily oversee and operate employment and training programs under the Workforce Investment Act, including services provided by Pennsylvania’s CareerLink® (One-Stop) system. We bring these partners together to share best practices, provide professional development, develop strategic policies, and serve as a clearinghouse for information.
