This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Annual Employment,
Training and Education Conference — a time to celebrate the success
of one of the nation’s longest continuously running state workforce
conference and focus on innovating for the future. We are in the
midst of challenging times, full of change and opportunity.
Pennsylvania will lead that change through innovation and create a
wealth of new opportunities for growth and renewal.
Conference participants will be challenged to think beyond the
present and look towards the future of workforce development in the
commonwealth. The conference offers the opportunity to exchange
ideas, knowledge and experiences to inspire creativity, uncover new
approaches and drive innovation.
